We want you to love your Karol G gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
